Some people don't know how to handle port forwarding, some don't know other things or are afraid to modify certain settings. Personally, I read many threads like these but none indicate clearly that it's the game's fault. I think I've given you all the necessary info, I'm not sure I can help much more than that. I can join others' Servers just fine though. I'm literally just unable to play the Game by Hosting my own Server. No Server to be found, all Port-Settings seems to be working, etc. It just Opens the Command-Terminal, which seems to 'Launch' the server, and then I go into the Game to see if I can join the Server in the Server-List, since it's set to "Public: True" in the, "serversettings.xml" and then also Nothing. I've ran the, "DedicatedServer.exe" and changed the, "serversettings.xml" accordingly. Neither does it Generate a, 'servercrashreport.log' file for me. A crash report (servercrashreport.log) may have been generated in the games root directory." It gives the same, "Error: The server process closed unexpectedly. All to no avail, it still doesn't let me Host.

  • Went to "Local_Volume\Users\\%AppData%\LocalLow\Daedalic Entertainment" GmbH\Barotrauma\.
  • Made sure that ".\steam\steamapps\common\Barotrauma" was deleted.
